Crossville Shooting Sports Park is on approximately 125 acres and located in Crossville, Tennessee. The shooting park sits on top of the beautiful Cumberland Plateau; conveniently located off of I-40 (2 minutes) almost directly between, Knoxville, Nashville and Chattanooga. The range is minutes from area hotels, campgrounds, restaurants and shopping.
The Crossville Shooting Sports Park is the newest shooting facility in Tennessee and boasts some of the most impressive shooting park accommodations. The park attractions for your tournament or event include skeet/trap, sporting clays, bunker trap field, 3-D archery course and 5 stand clay target range along with pistol and rifle ranges.
Crossville Shooting Sports Park provides the community with a modern, safe, cost-effective, and environmentally compatible facility that fosters the competitive and recreational firearm and archery shooting sports. The park offers opportunities for mentoring, educational classes and hands on training for hunter’s safety education, archery, and handgun carry permits, personal safety classes, boating safety and more.
My expectations for a park is that I have a liaison throughout the process of obtaining the park prior to my date, and have someone there for field maintenance the day of the event. I have held tournaments throughout the Southeast, and Centennial Park in Crossville is one of the best parks I have used. From the fields being ready no matter the weather, to the staff always being readily available, Crossville goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable before your bigger events. We have ran upwards of 70 teams there on a given weekend, and they never batted an eye to have things how we expected them to be. They are one of my favorite parks to use because the fields are top notch, and the customer service can't be matched. I would recommend this park to all directors looking for a quality location for your events.

Because of these impressive offerings, the Crossville Shooting Sports Park is the ideal host for a wide variety of guests. State and national associations like the Amateur Trap Association and the Tennessee Sporting Clay Association as well as scholastic programs like the Tennessee Scholastic Clay Target Program have access to all the amenities necessary to host registered and sanctioned events.
Whether you’re hosting a major event or a private party, the CCSEC board that serves the Crossville Shooting Sport Park will work with you to ensure every detail is discussed and your event takes place with excellence. Despite being a new facility it has already hosted or won the bid for various major events like the Tennessee Scholastic Region 3 & 4 State Tournament and the Tennessee Farm Bureau and Farm Credit Mid-America Shoot for Hunger. If you’re looking to host an event at the only facility in the south with an Olympic trap field this side of the Mississippi, the Crossville Shooting Sports Park is your number one choice.
The Parks and Recreation staff is always accommodating to me whether I am holding a large or small tournament. There is ample parking to accommodate very large tournaments. Whenever I have needed anything from the staff, they get it for me within minutes. When I contact the park director during winter before the upcoming season, he is able to tell me then what dates are available and I reserve them at that time. This is really helpful in planning my entire softball season. When I am at Centennial Park, every staff member makes me feel appreciated and lets me know they appreciate me having tournaments there. Concessions are very good. Centennial Park is my favorite place to have softball tournaments. They have five fields usable for softball allowing me to have large tournaments, but if I only need two fields, they are fine with that as well. My best softball tournaments and experiences are at Crossville's Centennial Park.

Organized leagues are a natural fit for the facility, however, there is a massive amount of groups and individuals that would find the park to be a perfect venue for their needs as well. The CSSP is not a paid membership based facility which makes it the ideal location for fun shoots of all sorts including corporate events, fundraisers, bachelor parties, and any private group.

I have been holding men and women's slowpitch softball tournaments at Crossville's Centennial Park for about 10 years. The fields are always in excellent shape and when bad weather hits, the park's staff gets the fields ready to play very quickly.
